Our Founders: Max

At Camp Connections, our founders bring a wealth of firsthand experience and unwavering dedication to the table.

Max, with eight years entrenched in the summer camp industry, offers invaluable insights gleaned from his diverse roles.

Starting as a general counselor at a YMCA camp in Wisconsin, he eventually ascended to the role of waterfront director, overseeing all aspects of water sports at a for-profit camp in Massachusetts.

Our Founders: Kris

Kris, our co-founder, embodies the journey from camper to camp leader.

Having navigated the ranks from camper to staff member through the CIT program, Kris intimately understands the trans formative power of the camp experience.

His tenure as a general counselor and subsequent oversight of the CIT program for three years have equipped him with a nuanced understanding of the needs and aspirations of both camps and candidates.

- International Staff Placement by Camp Connections: $1300

- Direct Placement Staff Utilising Camp Connections Visa Services and health insurance: $950

- American Staff Placement: $600
