Why choose Camp Connections ?

People Over Process

Behind every application is a real person with real hopes for their summer. We treat every counselor and every camp director as a partner, not a transaction.

Honest Matches Only

We'd rather take longer to find the right fit than rush a placement that isn't right. Camps and counselors both deserve honesty about expectations, environments, and outcomes.

No Cost to Counselors. Ever.

We firmly believe that financial barriers should never stand between a talented person and an incredible opportunity. Our model ensures counselors never pay a cent for placement or visa processing.

  • Two men standing outdoors, smiling, with a green roof and trees in the background.

    Apply Online

Fill out our straightforward application sharing your background, skills, and summer goals. Takes less than 20 minutes.

  • A cozy cabin in the woods with a turquoise metal roof, red wooden walls, and a string of warm lights on the porch amid tall trees and rocks.

    Interview & Match

We review your profile and connect you with camps that fit your personality, skills, and preferences — not just any open slot.

  • A tranquil lake scene with calm water, surrounded by trees in the distance, under a partly cloudy sky, with a wooden dock on the right side extending into the lake, and grassy shoreline with rocks in the foreground.

    Visa & Paperwork

We manage your J-1 visa sponsorship and all required documentation — completely free of charge. Just worry about what matters.

    Arrive & Thrive

Head to camp ready to make an impact. Our team remains available throughout the summer for anything you need.
